Jewellers Association of Australia Member
The Jewellers Association of Australia (JAA) is Australia’s peak national body for the jewellery industry. Membership is not automatic — it is granted to businesses that meet the JAA’s standards for quality, professionalism, and ethical practice.
As a JAA member, Serendipity Jewellery is held to a code of conduct that protects our customers — giving you assurance that the jewellery you purchase is crafted to recognised industry standards.
Australian Made & Australian Owned
The Australian Made, Australian Grown (AMAG) certification is Australia’s most recognised and trusted symbol for genuine Australian products. Serendipity Jewellery is a registered Australian Made & Australian Owned business — proudly designed and crafted right here in Australia.
We are currently in the process of certifying our individual products. Products that have completed certification will display the Australian Made logo on their listing. Look for the logo on product pages as more of our collection becomes certified.
